This Peppermint Latte will give you the energy boost you are looking for!
You will need:
- 1 Peppermint Tea
- Peppermint oil (optional)
- Unsweetened Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or desired amount)
Directions:
- Put direst milk amount into a pot a allow to heat up
- Steep tea in you heated milk for 5 - 10 minutes (covered)
- Now add desired amount of maple syrup and peppermint oil (if using) and stir together)
- Transfer liquid to blended and blend until frothy
- Now transfer to your mug
- Sit back and enjoy!
